Ahems finally arrives at the temple. Many people were there it's a very busy place. Many people come to the temple every day to pray. Ahems isn't only here to pray. He is also here to learn because school is held at the temple.

On his papyrus was his homework for the day. He quickly got started. Sooner or later, he completed his homework. He knew he had many chores to do during the day.

Ahems decides to skip school. It wasn't an important day anyway Ahems would tell himself. He quietly tiptoes out the temple. Ahems walks in any random direction stumbling upon the marketplace.

When his father arrives home, he notices that Ahems isn't doing after-school work and instead, playing outside. he doesn't know that ahems has skipped school

Ahems spent the rest of the day helping and sitting around. At about 6 pm Ahems decided to go home.&nbsp;When he gets home he gets scolded by his parents for being out too late. His parents don't know yet that he has skipped school but when they know he will face the consequences.

As Ahems walks through the door, his mother notices him but does not say anything. She knows she shouldn't let him go like that but she does either way.

He doesnt notice his mother at the table and continues to walk to his room.

The marketplace was just as loud as it would usually be, but it didn't mean it wasn't just as packed. He didn't have anything to trade with so he just looked and viewed what people were doing.

Ahems eats a breakfast of bread and fruit. He quickly finishes it and makes his way to the temple.

Ahems enter quietly, trying his best not to disturb the praying men and women. He quickly sneaks into class and takes a seat.

It was a dark and gloomy day in Memphis, Egypt in 2410 BCE, also would be known as the golden age. Ahem's wakes up from a more or less comfortable sleep but then something reminds him, he has to go to school. He groans and picks himself out of bed. Ahem's changes into his uniform and brushes his teeth, and heads to the kitchen for breakfast.

Ahems spent his day practicing, learning, and of course, writing hieroglyphs.

His father pulls ahems inside the house and makes him sit down at the table, alongside his mother. He asks him why he wasn't doing his afterschool work, Ahems gives no response.

His mother breaks the silence by admitting she saw Ahems come home from school much earlier than expected. 

Ahems apologizes for skipping school, his parents thinks about it for a minute, but in the end accepts it.

Suddenly out of nowhere, Ahems is being confronted by a merchant and is accused of stealing bread. He is confused though on who that merchant is but remains silent as that is what he is told to do when he is in this type of situation. Ahems shows what he had proving he didn't have a thing.

Ahems quickly makes the decision to go to the port. As Ahems walks through the port he was amazed. His father said don't go to the port alone. Ahems never listens. As he walks through port many people attempt to sell Ahems items.

Ahems was always told this is a dangerous place to be at alone. Ahems sees many people crowding around many stands. He then gets spotted by his fathers friend and gets called out to see if he wanted to help him trade with other people. He tries and squeeze through the crowd and gets grabbed on the forearm by his fathers friend and gets pulled down onto the blanket with all the items; trying to avoid sitting on any of the items being sold.

Ahems quickly runs home pushing in-between the crowd. Soon, he arrives Ahems tell his parents everything. They told him that he did the right thing when he was at the port.
