We have provided you with a template to be used as a guide to help you complete this package.

·      Complete the package in point form if you wish
Follow the progressive of the headings
·      Link interests, strengths and challenges to strategies that work
·      Ask your child to personalize his/her “All About Me” Introduction Package (in his/her own words, or by drawing pictures)
~use any other creative ideas that you feel might help us to know your child. (Some parents have included videos with the “All About Me” packages so that we could meet your child “in action")
