Once upon a time, a curious little girl named Bea lived in the colorful town of Whimsyville.
Bea loved to explore, learn, and make new friends. While riding her bike through Whimsyville, she found a garden with a sparkly, rainbow-colored gate.

In the garden, there were flowers of every shape and color, each one whispering different secrets about self-care. Bea, being a curious learner, decided to listen to what the flowers had to say.
She wondered to herself, “What is self-care anyway?”
First, she met the "Kindness Carnation." The flowers spread over the garden in various shades of pink and red. As she got closer, the pinkest carnation began to speak to her. Bea was startled at first, but she bent down to hear what the flower had to say.
The Kindness Carnation explained, "To take care of yourself, you must also take care of others. Share smiles, lend a helping hand, and always be kind."
