The Leopard Seal has....
very sharp teeth
a long pretty neck
white under their neck
they are X3 size of a penguin
the tail looks like a mermaid tail (minus the scales)
it is grey on the his/her back and also has black spots on the back
Adaptions to habitat
They live in the arctic so they adapt to the freezing cold. They have very thick blubber so they can keep the cold out and keep all of the warm in. Leopard seals DON’T like each other when they hunt they usually hunt alone or with one other seal.
This is where the Leopards Seals live!!
Diet
The Leopard seal can eat almost anything including penguins, fish, and squid. There are 220,000 to 440,000 Leopard seals in the world!!!
First is the sun, the sun feeds the plankton, then the fish and krill eat the plankton, now the penguin, Leopard seal, and the polar bear eat the fish and lastly the leopard seal and the polar bear eat the penguin.
Habitat
This animal lives in the sunlight zone and lives in Antarctica but there were some sightings of leopard seals in Australia.
