Today when walking home from my unicorn riding lesson, I saw a time wizard. I was like ,"wow I want one for their magical powers." Then I remembered power harnessing is illegal. So do you want a loophole around this? The first step is to go outside and get a Genie Lamp. You'll usually find them lying around in troll caves. Once you've stolen the lamp your first wish should be ,"I wish that no rules apply to me." your next wish should be ,"I wish for a time wizard that will do anything I please." Then you have one last wish to do whatever you want with!
