What Does Food Think?
Sizzle, crackle, and pop. The sound of oil when it hits the pan.Sssssss. The sound of bacon plopping onto the pan. Plop. The sound of eggs when you crack them. Crunch. I love to cook and bake. When I am baking my cake I think about what is my eggs thinking or what is the flour thinking. I always would wonder what are they thinking. I imagine it would go like this, (flashback)...

Eggs: It’s so cold in this fridge. Why can’t I go somewhere warmer?

Milk: How do you think I feel. After she uses me I just get thrown away like a piece of garbage.

Eggs: Oh, she is taking me out, wonder what she is making? Oh, it’s just brownies for the One-hundredth time.

Brownie Mix: Weeee. This is so fun! Haha, it tickles.

I would imagine this is how they talk, but I don’t know if they do this. One time I got two yolks in one egg! It was pretty cool. I wonder if the eggs knew that it was rare for that to happen. I was assuming it would go like this.

Egg: Omg, She is actually taking me out, let’s see if I am going to get some shell in her food. (crack). Wow, I have two yolks in one egg, that wholesome! I wonder what she is thinking about me.

It would be so funny if we knew what eggs were thinking about. I also wonder about what any inanimate object was thinking or feeling. I wonder if they can be hurt, like bacon when it hits the hot burning oily pan. Or when I put my toast in the toaster and it pops out.
