Forever?” she asked. “And always,” he replied, taking her hand while swinging on the chairs.

Anthony and Alora had both been waiting for this moment for years now. This was the day that they would finally put each of their plans in place. They were set to meet each other in a restaurant to talk about business. When they arrived, they sat and ordered their food. The air was thick and full of hate and anger. As Anthony was getting out his silencer to kill Alora, a bomb exploded in the restaurant and 4 men dressed in suits came and started to shoot at them. They both got out their guns with shocked looks on their faces
because they both knew that they were sent to kill each other. Snapping out of their thoughts they started to shoot the 4 guys, killing them one at a time. Quickly they escaped the restaurant.

They were running to get to their car. Not even having time to think, they hopped in a taxi to get them to the nearest hotel. When they arrived, Alora tried to book two rooms but there was only one left. With no choice they were going to be stuck together in a small hotel room for the next week. Both of them called their dads and both got an order to stay in the room for the week and lay low while they waited till their employees found who was behind this attack.

4 days passed, and they surprisingly started to warm up to each other. They had a normal civilized conversation every day. It’s like they both forgot their goal that they were set to accomplish since the day they were born. Anthony and Alora talked about their childhood and plans for the future. They both started to develop strong feelings for each other by the end of the week. When they finally were able to go back to their homes, they continued texting each other every single day, but one day everything changed. The Father of Anthony was furious that he didn’t kill Alora when they were in the hotel and forced him to meet her and get it done. He had no choice, so he texted Alora to come to meet him in a park 10 minutes away from their house. When she came, they talked and suddenly they both pulled a gun on each other.

The Silence was all you could hear. Her eyes were soaked with tears and painted with a million different expressions. Anthony watched the person he hated, the person he wanted dead, the person that wanted him dead break down in front of him, and for some reason, he wanted to take her pain away. He watched as she put her gun to her temple. Anthony already knew what she meant.

“Forever?” she asked, as they both pressed the guns to their temples. “And always,” he replied.
