The ocean waves crashing against the side of the boat, the wind whirling, families screaming. This was the night of hurricane Jackson, the worst storm that had hit in 8 years. No one saw it coming, they were all going on a cruise to the Bahamas. The three families on the boat were worried to death, they all had children, even babies. The storm was said to last two nights, this was just the beginning of night one. Once the families calmed down for a little bit they told each others names and came up with a way to survive. The last names of the families were Shepherd, Tucker, and Gray. They knew they couldn't freak out too much because they didn't want to scare the kids, so they all slept with their kids that night and waited to see what the morning held.

Morning arrived but the storm was still coming, not as bad but the only problem now is that the lights started flickering. The families didn't freak out but started putting supplies in their bedrooms and made the kids hammer wood to the windows because the night two storm was going to be even worse. Later, after they had worked all day on getting supplies and preparing for the storm, it was getting dark. The families all came together to stay warm and eat before the storm hit.

It was about midnight when the storm hit, all the families fell asleep, then BOOM a big bolt of lightning struck the front of the boat and caught on fire, everyone was freaking out. The only thing they could was let the rain take it out and hope for the best. The families started getting anxious and worried, they only had half of the boat left from the fire, they knew it was only a matter of time until the entire boat would sink. So they gathered all their children and told them there was nothing else they could do and they would all be lost at sea.
