The Changed World

In the year 2020, there was a curious and sociable man that liked to try different science experiences. One time, Mike found out throughout many experiences with his friends, a way to time travel. He wanted to go in the future and explore how the world would have changed and how advanced the technology could have become. One morning, Mike decided to go time travel and asked his friends. They all agreed and were very pumped to go. After one day of preparation, they entered the time travel machine they had previously made, and in the time of three seconds, they were gone. They were now in 3002 all separated throughout the world. They stayed for a week. Mike started in Canada where he noticed that everyone was not talking in languages rather with numbers, just ones and zeros. He couldn’t understand anything the people were saying. He would ask them questions, and they would be clueless. After one day of trying extremely hard to communicate, Mike was very disappointed. He didn't understand what had happened so he decided to call his friends and everybody was in shock. They had the same experience separated throughout the world, except for one who worked in programming and knew that the language they were speaking was computer language. Eventually, Mike was able to speak with the people with the help of his laptop. Therefore, he understood that the world was now controlled by the Chinese government with the help of all the A.I. technology. Mike was flabbergasted, he couldn’t believe he was able to speak with the strangers as if they were normal people even if they were controlled by the gouvernement. Once, Mike almost couldn’t see the transport the people were using because they were flying cars that could go extremely fast, up to 1000 km/h. After a while, he was able to stay at a stranger's house for the week he was spending in the future. The house was full of robots with each task programmed perfectly. At the end of his week in the future, Mike and his friends returned in time safely because the time travel machine was programmed to work for one week. Finally, they all shared their experiences. Mike decided to tell everybody on social media what he had experienced, but not a lot of people believed it and they all contested it.
