The Forbidden Island

Three years ago, my friends and I decided to abandon our friend's 18th birthday party and go do something fun and thrilling. It was about midnight and I had the idea to go lurking around the ocean on my parents' motorboat. My law abiding friends all disagreed until I peer pressured them into it. When we got on the boat I had an uncanny feeling in my gut but didn’t think anything of it. At around one am, we were approaching the shore of coco island, the forbidden island. We were scared to death of the storm that was heading towards us so decided to dock our boat and go explore the islet. When we arrived, we found numerous footsteps so decided to follow them. The steps led to a little cavern with a mousetrap at the entry. We decided to go lurking around to find rare crystals and possibly a human stranded on the island. When we were far into the cave we found a blast resilient door. I finally understood something didn’t feel right but it was too late, someone with a gas mask took us and locked us in an enormous bunker. We were agitated and timorous. This intercom voice started playing and demanded us to go to our “rooms” or else we would be murdered. We all hugged each other and did what the voice asked us to do. My room was exactly like the one from home; organized, pink and modern. I never understood how this chamber was a duplicate of my real room… It’s like if the abductor knew we were coming all along. Every day was the same day, we had playtime which is when we got to play with dolls and then we had calm time which is when you're locked up in your room for 6 hours with no food and nothing to do. We tried finding a way out when it was our “playtime” but quickly understood there were none because we were underground and the only way out was from that blast resilient door. A few months later, our proportions of food were reduced because the kidnapper was running low on supplies. I knew there was not much time left before I die.
