Our story begins where another ends, or so they thought. Herald Throndsen is a 72-year-old grandfather at the end of his life. His family is sitting around him weeping. He is laying in a bed and closes his eyes for what he thinks is the last time. Then he hears a guttural scream. His eyes flash open, and shock hits him. He is looking at himself or at least his body. Then it hit him, he was a ghost. He quickly looked around and could see that it was his mother that had let out the scream. Then she started to cry uncontrollably. He instinctively tried to go and comfort her. Just as his hand was about to reach her shoulder there was a bright flash of light and he was suddenly thrown against the wall. As he did a book fell off the shelf. Everyone in the room spun around and looked at the book. They were all shocked because they had no pets and nothing else could have knocked the book down. Then the unthinkable happened, the book began the float. What they couldn't see was that Herald had picked up the book. Unfortunately, his mother was deeply spiritual, and after the stress of the day and seeing this she let out another cry and slumped in her seat. Then in front of the herald's eyes, a shimmering figure appeared it was his mother. After realization hit both of them Herald took off running. The old woman had started to reach down and grabbed her flip-flops. Then she began to chase herald. They say that she is still chasing to this day.
