For the past week, I had to take care of myself hoping my family was ok and now I look back at the deserted war zone knowing there probably not. It's the place my mother and father risked their lives. My brother going off to battle. I look around for anything. Houses are burned down to a crisp. I missed my family, they went off to battle knowing the risks. Everyone I loved was dead. As I look through the battle zone I found a piece of paper half burnt but I could still read some of it. It read "as we march into battle we find everything destroyed now we are heading to a new war zone." That's when I wonder one million questions. But the biggest question was do I want he or she dead? I race through the ashes smoke is everywhere around me. But then I see the last survivor. His clothes were ripped and he was covered in ashes but I knew exactly who he was "hello brother" I say almost crying, only one person I loved was alive. But not as long as I thought they were going to be. I gave him a sip of my water asking him so many questions and before he could answer at least one and an arrow goes through his skin and then one hits me and I am alive but my brother is dead. I can hear talking knowing it's the person in the note and that I am in real danger.
