On a Saturday afternoon in Tokyo, Natsu woke up, washed himself, put on some clothes and decided to go to the library because he wanted to find a new book for the week.
He went through the rows and found this red flashing book named “The Story Of The Four Great Heroes”. The story was about 4 heroes saving a kingdom from an apocalypse. There were pages written for the spear hero, sword hero and bow hero, but when he arrived at the shield hero pages and realized they were white, a very bright light came from the book and dazzled Natsu.
He opened his eyes and realized that he was in front of five people who were prostrating a king on his throne. There were also three other people on his left, one had a spear, one a bow and the last one a sword. He had a shield on his right hand but he couldn’t take it off. The king started explaining that an apocalypse was coming in a month and that the heroes needed to prepare to combat monsters. After that they could go back to the real world. Natsu wasn’t understanding what was happening. He left the castle, and talked to the other people who were considered the heroes of the kingdom. They realized that they were all from a different timeline. They couldn’t do anything but prepare for battle. They all decided to make their own path and regroup for the wave.
He fought against many monsters and gained level in battle, and the wave arrived. There were black holes in the sky and many monsters came out from them. The kingdom took a lot of damage, but then the boss arrived. It was a massive dragon with huge claws. The heroes regrouped together and started fighting him. They were all tired and damaged, and an opportunity arrived. The shield hero needed to decide between killing the dragon while he was distracted by the spear hero or protecting him. He needed to make a decision quickly, so he killed the dragon. The body of the spear hero was smashed on the ground. The circles closed and natsu opened his eyes with the book in his hands but this time with a story written on the shield hero pages.
He didn’t realize what had happened, and really regretted the choice that he made.
