Emma opens her eyes and gasps. She’s completely lost, and confused as to where she is. She sits anxiously on the bed she was laying on. The walls surrounding her are rotten. The smell of mould is so prominent, her head hurts. Suddenly, she hears someone screaming and steps coming towards her. Emma jumps out of the bed she’s sitting on and runs to the door. She tries opening the door but it’s locked. She looks at the bedside table next to the door, and there is the key. She unlocks the door, and what she sees will forever traumatize her. Blood everywhere. Blood on the floor, blood on the walls, blood on the doors, every little spot she laid her eyes on, there was blood on it. She takes a closer look at where she is. Emma slowly realizes... It’s her house! She starts sprinting to her little brother's room. He’s not there. She sprints to her parent's room, they’re not there. Emma realizes that she’s alone in her house with someone she does not know. She takes her dad's collector baseball bat, and flashes through the door. She’s determined to get out of there.

She walks slowly. The stairs are creaking. She can hear the other person in her house. Mumbles and screams are coming from her kitchen. Her heart starts to pound, pound so loudly she thought the intruder could hear her. She takes a deep breath and starts running. She burst through the kitchen door. There it was. An old, wrinkled and scary woman. She was standing to the other side of the kitchen, holding a bloody knife. Emma freaks out and screams. The old lady turns around and rushes to her. Emma turns around, and runs as fast as she possibly can. She does not look back, opens her front door. As she’s stepping out, she feels something on her shoulder.
