Men over the age of 18 once had to go to war to protect their country from bloodthirsty and violent titans. For this cause, Louis, a 19-year-old worker, was drafted into the army. Despite his fear, he was adamant about protecting his family and the rest of his village from these unscrupulous monsters. His battalion was fighting the enemies when he was knocked down and passed out. He awoke in a faraway encampment on the receiving end of hostilities. He found titans looking at him intently in the room. He screamed and attempted to run, but there was no way out.

They told him he needed to calm down. Louis was sentenced to slavery. He met up with the other slaves and got to work. While doing his job, he would occasionally speak with a few titans. Even though some made fun of his situation, he found one of them that was kind enough to give him water. Louis was astounded by such generosity. During a conversation, he asked him why his people were so mean to him. The titan responded that the men were the ones who started the war by destroying their forest and that his brothers were only protecting them. Louis was taken aback and realized that his people were causing as much damage as their adversary. His village's battalion conquered the giants' encampment and massacred them one day. He managed to escape after many tries because what he just heard was against his morals and he needed to do something about it. Louis informed his generals of what he had heard. His response was that despite the damage that logging the forests caused, his brothers in arms will continue to do so because it brought in too much money. Terribly angry at who he thought were his friends and camarades , Louis left everything behind and went to help the titans reclaim their home. He gathered all of them to share his master plan. The preparations could begin.

The following day, the soldiers arrived ready to destroy some more trees. They looked up to see thousands of titans coming from all of the surrounding forests lined up on the border, ready to protect their home. The men had no choice but to retreat, knowing that they were outnumbered by far. Just like that, Louis succeeded and his titan friends lived in peace happily ever after. Since this event, they became good friends for Louis from there on out
