My name is Veronica, I love to travel. My parents and I are going on a trip to Canada, but we are taking a train due to the long trip. When we got there I noticed that it wasn’t like your typical train station. There was fog everywhere and all the grass was dead. I didn't like the feeling I was getting when we walked inside. I went to sit on the bench below the painting on the wall. When I sat down I thought I saw something out of the corner of my eye, but I just ignored it. Mom told me that she and Dad were going to be outside waiting for a train, but that was almost 30 minutes ago, so I went outside to look for my parents. I walked out and couldn't find them, I was confused until I heard a train coming. When I looked into a window on the train I saw my parents, they both looked like they were asleep. I was terrified, wondering why they didnt come get me. but then I felt a cold bony hand grip onto my shoulder, "hello" said a voice "are you here for the 8pm train too?" trembling, I looked behind me and I saw a girl who looked around the age of 10. she was wearing a gown, and she had long black hair. I don't know why but when I saw her I ran as fast as I could to get away, I sprinted down a small, rotted hallway tripping on broken floorboards. I could hear footsteps behind me that we're getting closer and closer, which made me run even faster, I eventually got to a metal staircase that I started to climb, it felt like the steps were never ending. I finally got to the top, when I ran to a room, rats and mice scurried on the floor, when I got to the room I locked the door. Shivering I went and stood in a corner hoping she wouldn't find me.
