"Where are we going? The groomer? Somewhere else?" I whimpered. "Calm down." The first long-paw pup said. I settled down in my bed for a while, and eventually fell asleep.
The next thing I knew we were at this strange place with frost covering most of the surroundings. Even the trees were covered in the frost. "Come on". Said the second long-paw pup, looking happy. I hopped out of the car but before I could move anywhere the third long-paw put a harness over me and clipped a lead onto it. I smelled the frost but surprisingly it didn't have a smell. All I could see was snow covered trees, rocks, and bushes. It was very cold, way colder then it's ever been. This place was mysterious. But at the same time it was fun to bound in the waist-deep frost. He pulled me toward the direction of the frost, and I jumped in it, sinking. It was so deep it could fit a whole rabbit in it!
"Wow, this is fun!" I bounded happily in the deep frost, feeling happy, but very cold at the same time.
We finally reached the destination we were going, and the two long-paw pups dragged their flat-boards a climbed up a steep slope of frost and slid down.
I watched them, terrified by what they were doing. On the other hand, the were having fun. I went up to the third long-paw watching him curiously as they all talked happily. The long-paw pups went up for another round. Instead of going after them, I explored the place. The more steps I took, the more tired I got, and the the colder I got. I eventually reached a long-paw table and climbed on.
I realized I'd wandered a bit too far as I could only see one of my long-paw's. I ran back, but I sank in the frost. I got too cold and tired to take another step so I barked for help. The third long-paw came for me, running as fast as he could. I looked up at him, asking him if we could go. I knew he understood that. He called out to the long-paw pups and we went home.
