Into The Mirror
It was now spring time at my grandmas house. I could hear the birds chirping and the sweet smell of my grandmothers freshly baked cookies.
I had been staying in my grandmothers house for about a year now, and I have been in every room except for one. That room was the one room that my grandma would never let me enter, and if I did she would have been furious.
And I always wondered why, until one night I had a horrible dream. In my dream I was walking around the house when I saw my grandma run out of a room she looked very worried and scared. As she was running she dropped the key to that room. I waited a little bit until she was gone to pick up the key and walk into the room. There were many locks on the door but I was able to unlock all of them. Inside the room was a huge mirror but nothing else. Through the mirror I could see myself looking into the mirror, but something was a bit off. I decided to get closer to the mirror. I was very curious so I tapped on it. And my hand went through. I was very scared but i wanted to find out more. So, I put my leg inside of the mirror, then my arm, my other arm, my hand and the rest of my body. When I went through the mirror everything seemed so small now. I was much taller and looked very different. And that when I realized that this window could take you into the future. I got very scared so I looked for grandma every where but she was not there.
That was the end of my dream. And when I woke up I saw the exact key in my hand.
