He had one hour to make it home or he would be in big trouble! It was eight o’clock when Jeff was walking from his school. He was with his friends from four-thirty to seven-thirty. After he had lunch at home, he decided to hang out with his friends. He met his friends at a park near his school. They were a group of four friends.

In the park, they saw something strange, very strange! There was a hole in the ground behind a bunch of bushes that was nearly impossible to see. But Jeff noticed it when he went to do his business behind the bushes… And inside the hole was a chest. On top of the chest was a piece of paper and on the paper, it was written: “Whoever finds the chest will be in a Big Trouble! If you don’t want to be in trouble, you have one hour to reach home or otherwise…” (It didn’t say what kind of trouble).

Jeff was scared, and his friends were also scared. After Jeff read the message, he told his friends that he was leaving and encouraged them that they should start heading home as well. Jeff began walking, almost started running towards home. All his friends ran home as well. His home was a fifteen-minute drive from school, which will take about forty-five minutes by foot. Eventually, he made it home and was safe!

And he told everything to his parents. His parents were shocked and reported this to the police. The police said that they will start investigating right away and try to find the person who has done this. Jeff went to the park with his family and heavily armed policemen (in case anything bad happens). Jeff showed everyone where he found the hole and they investigated the area, they opened the chest and found a bomb whose explosion time was set to Wednesday, September 18, 2019, at 8:00 pm, which was in three days. Luckily for them, they had a person who had expertise in bombs. He knew how to defuse it (by cutting the green wire).

A few weeks later they found the group who planted the bomb and threatened people so no one would defuse the bomb. They were the group of four 30 to 40-year-old men, who had ill intentions. The same day they were sent to jail for life and Jeff’s family and friends lived happily ever after…
