Frequent walking or mountain walks are very important. Not only will it calm you down and you will come to the other thoughts, but you can even get to know your friends or family better. Therefore, my loved ones and I enjoy a minimum of an hour's stay outdoors, if the weather permits.

Move your body

In order to relax and be at least a little on the move, I recommend running in nature. The best form of this sport is to go alone and enjoy moments only with yourself. Every day an hour is enough and believe me, it will tune in beautifully to your day and make you happier and more productive.

When I'm in the mood, I like to work out with some YouTube videos, too. It makes you feel great that you're doing something for yourself, even though it's really difficult in this situation.

Healthy food

Sports and a healthy lifestyle also include, of course, food. My healthy way is to eat small portions more times a day. It makes me a lot happier knowing that I'm trying to do my best for my body.

2. I can see that a lot of people can't handle this period and it often doesn't have a good ending, so I'm grateful that I'm still trying to be positive with a smile on my face, even though I often have days where I'd just be in bed watching shows and crying about how life is sometimes hard. BUT EVEN THIS IS OKAY! And everyone needs to shut down like that once in a while. It's great that most people are supporting each other like this now, trying to make other people's lives a little more interesting. 

1. What am I grateful for these days? First of all, it's my health and the health of my loved ones, because that's probably what we need most of all these days. I'm grateful for my family and for the fact that despite how hard this time is, we're still sticking together and supporting each other. Next for a boyfriend and friends, and even though there's not much time to see each other right now, there are still phones and social media to keep us in touch. I'm glad I can handle school because I know a lot of people who don't.

3. I'm trying to make every day of my life interesting and leave only those beautiful memories in my life that I'm going to remember in 30 years and tell myself how well I've done that life. So even though many days are bad now, I'm happy to say I'm grateful to be.
