How to survive hard times and stay positive about life

This is a guide for how not to fall into depression during hard times

The first thing you should is take a few online tests on if you are a positive or a negative person. If you do multiple tests and you see the bad things repeating in each test you take, you should now start concentrating on fixing those bad things and try to make you're life more fun and exciting, thus lifting you'r mood up.

The next step to staying positive in times of covid isolation is keeping your self busy. Staying at home doing nothing wont help you in any way.
Spend some time outside (social distancing applies), Read a book, Watch a comedy movie, Take a loooong hot bath and think about your life choices, Take care of a your self,Talk to friends or family face-to-face(social distancing applies), Listen to music,do some exerciseing and attend to your hobbies.

For example in my case i wanted to restore my dads/uncles old Jolana guitar.
Even tho the pickups are unusable and a few parts are missing i want to dedicate my self to fixing it somewhat so it could be played again.
I have mentioned this on the previous page, but exercise is important
To get the most benefit, go for at least 45 minutes of exercise each day.
It dosen't need to be a hard workout, it's just fine out starting small.
Afther you are done exercising for the day, you will feel self-acomplished and this will help you stay motiveted and make you happier.
