Message from our Coordinator

pava parents,
our students and teachers are inspiring. when i see A student's assignment this year, I think of all the work that has gone into making that one snapshot of learning possible. the level of planning the teacher has gone through as well as the amount of focus and commitment the student demonstrated by completing the work on their own at home. this year has been a challenge for everyone, but Pava's effort to continue to bring meaningful, rigorous learning during distance learning has stayed strong. nevertheless, We look forward to the time when we can see all of our students in person and get to know them in the school setting. please enjoy this look at your child's learning. I look forward to meeting, talking, and laughing with all of you when we return to in-person learning.

My favorite assignment...

What I learned in English class is that school can be fun. In my class I can be myself without being judged and have fun learning. We always agree with each other and have fun when doing work.

My favorite assignment is the Biography book report. I really love the project because I love to read and write and it gave me an opportunity to challenge myself by doing 10 pages. It was really fun to write as if I were another person because it gave me another perspective of life.

This class has helped me with math. I've always had trouble in math but this year has been a lot easier for me to understand what we're learning.

My favorite assignment is the Periodic hero project. I had fun learning about the element and had a blast drawing.

What I learned in class is so many crazy things about history from people's daily life to their diet. We watch videos to help us understand what we are learning better. We do warmups when we get to class to refresh our memory.
