pava parents,
our students and teachers are inspiring. when i see A student's assignment this year, I think of all the work that has gone into making that one snapshot of learning possible. the level of planning the teacher has gone through as well as the amount of focus and commitment the student demonstrated by completing the work on their own at home.  this year has been a challenge for everyone, but Pava's effort to continue to bring meaningful, rigorous learning during distance learning has stayed strong. nevertheless, We look forward to the time when we can see all of our students in person and get to know them in the school setting. please enjoy this look at your child's learning.  I look forward to meeting, talking, and laughing with all of you when we return to in-person learning.

My favorite assignment...
I chose this assignment as my favorite because I thought it was really cool how I got to chose an element and make it into a either a superhero or villain. I also liked how I got to know more about the element I chose. I got to be really creative and use a lot of colors for this assignment.

In this class I learned about the different cultures. I have also learned about the different religions that people follow. Additionally, this year I also learned about the trials of the native people. I also learned about the different emperors that there were. I discovered that there were good emperors and bad emperors.
I chose this assignment as my favorite because I love taking creative notes, and in this assignment that is what we were supposed to do.
