Message from our Coordinator

pava parents,
our students and teachers are inspiring. when i see A student's assignment this year, I think of all the work that has gone into making that one snapshot of learning possible. the level of planning the teacher has gone through as well as the amount of focus and commitment the student demonstrated by completing the work on their own at home. this year has been a challenge for everyone, but Pava's effort to continue to bring meaningful, rigorous learning during distance learning has stayed strong. nevertheless, We look forward to the time when we can see all of our students in person and get to know them in the school setting. please enjoy this look at your child's learning. I look forward to meeting, talking, and laughing with all of you when we return to in-person learning.

I´ve learned how to read as a group, which also helped me with my confidence. I learned how to stay on top of my work and turn it in on time. I learned to interact with people that I don't know.

I chose my biography book report. My project allowed me to imaginative, creative, and inspired. It also let me learn new things about Tim Burton.

I choose this assignment because I enjoy making this with my friends and decorating it.

I learned to multiply and divide all decimals and fractions, as well as represent percents. I learned how to simplify numbers. Be able to apply math to everyday activities.

Math

My favorite assignment...

I chose this assignment because I got to use the thing I learn in my craft class. I got to learn about the periodic table and to be creative.

I learned the periodic table and how the natural world got to be the way it is. Sex ED helped me learned about the body part of the female and the male. When we will play Kahoot it will help me learn more about science and get to have fun with my classmates. When showing my classmate my digital locker I was happy to be able to know more about other people liking. The homework textbook pages help me with the chemical and physical changes. I never really thought climate change can take so much of the world we live in. When looks come in the matter you can see the outside oh people and things, but just like the sky a lot of people didn´t know it had purple in it. I thought taking notes we just to say you were learning something but it to help you remember the thing you learned. Doing the test in class help me understand more about what helps you in life and what you need to know about your body. Learning how to do the chemical formula I did not understand at all but going over it a little more helped.

History

So what I learned is that there more about what happened years ago when you will think. Without history how will we make new things without know if someone already made the same mistake? So learning more about history helps me think if someone already made that.

Learning about the Native American Bird helps me see how much history is important. I learn that the native bird was a symbol of power and strength that protected humans from evil spirits.
