This class provides a balanced visual arts program, which guides me to achieve the standards in the Visual Arts.&nbsp;In Design Crafts, I am exploring three-dimensional processes with different materials using traditional and nontraditional constructive techniques.&nbsp;I am enhancing my artistic perception, creative expression, aesthetic value, and developing life long learning in the visual arts. Some of the topics we have learned are Elements of Art, the Color Wheel, Sketchbook Project, The Getty Challenge Project, Dia de Los Muertos Art, Autumn Leaves Art, Diwali: Paper Diya Art, Anime/Manga Graphic Novel Art, Chinese New Year Art, Celebrating Black History: Visual Artists, and Costume Designing.

We want our students to learn how they can be physically active, even with limited choices and equipment. With this knowledge, our hope is that our students will be empowered to be physically active and in addition learn new skills to be able to participate in new activities!
