Weekly Workout / Fitness Chart / Video Reflection

PE at home!?! In Physical Education, we want our students to learn why they need to be physically active, especially now! We want our students to learn how they can be physically active, even with limited choices and equipment. With this knowledge, our hope is that our students will be empowered to be physically active and in addition learn new skills to be able to participate in new activities!

I am proud of this assignment because I think I did a good job explaining a little bit of a Hall of famer Kareem Abdul-Jabbar 

This was my favorite assignment because I liked learning about basketball and I learned some new fun facts.
