Although this assignment was hard to upload and turn in, I liked this assignment because I made my own gif.

PE at home!?! In Physical Education, we want our students to learn why they need to be physically active, especially now! We want our students to learn how they can be physically active, even with limited choices and equipment. With this knowledge, our hope is that our students will be empowered to be physically active and in addition learn new skills to be able to participate in new activities!

I am proud of this assignment because I feel like I might have been able to change the views of some people about this topic.

I improved on this assignment because on my last final essay I got a very low grade. After finishing this I improved my grade.

This was my favourite assignment and although I don't really like talking about politics, this felt like more of an activity than an assignment.
