In English, we learned all about different types of writing, such as argument and creative. We read a short story called "The Hitchhiker" by Lucille Fletcher and a novel called Percy Jackson and the Olympians, the Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan.
My favorite assignment...
This project is about Greek Gods and goddesses. Me and my group got Aphrodite the goddess of love and beauty. we had to write what she stands for and information about her.

My favorite assignment...
We did a dichotomous key. and I chose it on flowers. A dichotomous key is a kind of way of identifying an object.
In Science, we've learned about natural systems, living systems, cells, body systems, and much more.
Math

My favorite assignment...
Math topics include the following: GCF/LCM, rates and proportions, integers, expressions and equations, and statistics. If time allows, we get into basic geometry. We also do a handful of hands-on projects throughout the year.
We did a project for a black history month for a black mathematician

Ever curious about how choreographers get their inspiration? Well, you are in luck because currently we are learning about the world of Modern Dance and how using Pantomimes and gestures (real life movements) can be inspired into creating realistic dances. Who would have ever thought I can turn something as simple as brushing my teeth into a dance!?!
My favorite assignment...
In this project I made a dance of my own. This was my favorite project of all time. I really expressed my emotions good and my story was good.
