When I have bad mood, I was doing what I like. I go out with my dog and play with him. I spend time with girlfriend and family and do other things. (PC Games, Sleep, Run.)

I agree with that result. I am something between positive and negative type of person.

I play hockey, so I ussualy every day doing something for my body. Often I have training on ice and off-ice. It takes about 4 hours a day.
