What I do If I have a bad mood?

It depends on the situation, if I have a bad mood I most likely go for a walk.

But I usually do some things, so that I don't have to get into this situation every day.

One of that is that I play airsoft * with friends like is Otto and how often I can.

Another activity I dont have a bad mood is a daily walk.

And the last activity what I do is play some computer games with friends.

Move your body

How I said, im daily trying to a little bit move like I said daily walk and play airsoft, but its a not best righ now, bcs as we all know there is a time where sports with some group of people are now allowed, so at the moment when Im writing this.. we cant play airsoft and thats why sometimes I will go on a longer hike.

It would be good if I had some a photos of it, but I dont.. Maybe later :D

I think its really important to help people at this time like to people with covid for example with shopping or just comply with the measures, like I do. And I know its not easy time, but we can do it.
