The fourth Sunday of Lent, what today is call Mother's Day was called Mothering Sunday.
In the Middle Ages, this day people visited the 'mother' church. Later, people went away from their homes and came back for celebrate with their mother's and visited the mother church.

In USA, is a little bit different.
The mother of a woman called Anna Jarvis died. She wanted to have a special day to remember her mother. Then she went to church, talked to people and many of them agreed. She died on the second Sunday in May and was the day that she wanted for celebrate.
She talked to many important people, like President Woodrow Wilson, and he made official in 1914.
It's a holiday in Canada, Australia, New Zeland and Brazil.

In Mother's Day, we take them out for a meal, give them breakfast in bed and give them presents, like flowers, cake, chocolates, jewerly, etc.
In conclusion, we give so much love for them.
 April Fool's Day
How did it start?
This started in 1564, in France. They celebrated the new years on April first, then King Charles the Ninth decided change for January first.
People were divided, some people agreed, some not and some didn't even know. When people tried to give present on 1 April other people laughed at them and called them fools.
