The pancakes day is a traditional festival that takes place 40 days before Easter, so the date is mobile and is celebrated between 3 February and 9 March. In Brazil, the pancake day is called Tuesday of Carnaval.
It is the day when Christians say goodbye to fat to begin the fasting period of Lent. This was the last day that people ate foods like milk, butter and eggs. So the pancake was the perfect dish.
In the united kingdom, this date is marked by several parties and restaurants repelled by special pancake recipes
Ingredients
1 ½ cup of flour
1 ¼ cup of milk
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
2 eggs

Preparation mode
Beat everything in a blender.
In a hot, non-stick frying pan, place a small portion of the mixture, about ¼ cup per pancake and bake.
Turn the dough to bake on the other side and you're done.
Serve with honey, Nutella, yogurt or fruit

The rabbit is an animal that symbolizes fertility thanks to its intense reproductive practice and with that it generates many eggs. Therefore, it is the animal that distributes eggs in Easter.
