One fine day, Babar and Mingming were walking down Mallow Street in the green land of GAIA. Babar had a water bottle and Mingming had her snacks in a plastic bag.

(HEBREW TRANSLATION: Daphna)
After finishing his drink, Babar threw his bottle in Emerald River, next to Mallow Street because there were no trash cans nearby. Mingming did the same after she finished her snacks. They were literally littering!

(ARABIC TRANSLATION: Areen)
Everyday, Babar and Mingming went past Mallow Street and threw plastic bottles and caps, plastic bags, plastic knives, paper cups, and plastic straws into Emerald River.

Ten years went by…

(RUSSIAN TRANSLATION: Anastasia)
All the plastic trash thrown into Emerald River flowed down to the Great Ma’an Ocean, where the fish, turtles, seals, and whales made their homes.

(KOREAN TRANSLATION: Suhyun)
