One assignment that was my favorite was YOGA. I loved doing it and trying the different positions. It was a bit hard at first trying to get some of the poses but eventually i started to have a better balance. It helped to calm me in some ways.

The assignment that i feel i got the most improvement on would have to be juggling. I was able to do things with two items but then when the third item had to come in it was a challenge for me. I practiced over and over until i was able to balance at least 3 times in a row.

An assignment i am most proud of is my research group project i did on boxing. My combative sport i chose was boxing. I was proud because i did it all on my own and not in a group. I got s good grade on it which made me happier.

My most improved assignment has been just working with the nearpods. Sometimes i would just rush and not read carefully. With the nearpods now i just slow down and make sure i score good on the questions and answer the open ended questions on the specific lessons.

In this assignment i felt i got the most improvement in because i actually started applying it at home. The assignment was on "Exercising and what to eat." I wasn't doing these two things much. I was not eating healthy food that much and definitely not exercising enough. Since the lesson i really try my hardest to do both a few times a week.

Healthy Foods

This year i have learned many things in my Science\Health class. Things like the Corona virus as well as other virus's and bacteria. We also learned about the food pyramids and about eating healthier. AS a student learning from home i feel like i have actually learned some new and helpful information. It has helped me learn about foods at home and the long term effects it can have on my body. It has had its challenges at times but my new health teacher has been awesome!

My favorite assignment by far has been the food pyramid and why it is important ! I learned about servings for each type of food groups as well as foods that are actually good for you.
