Open House

One of the cornerstone events that helps us in maintaining the home to school connection and showcasing our student's many accomplishments, is Open House. While we would prefer to host Open House in typical, in-person format, current circumstances don't permit us. Even though our school buildings have been closed, your children have continued to learn and shine. On the following pages, you will find wonderful examples of the work they have produced this year during virtual learning. We hope that you enjoy seeing and hearing about the assignments highlighted. The seventh grade STEM team thanks you for your endless support and patience in what will undoubtedly, be a year to remember.

Right now we are learning how to Subtract Algebraic Expressions. First, you distribute. Second, you combine like terms. Last you write the answer in alphabetical order with constants list.

One way I have improved as a student is looking back at my work and making sure I didn't do any errors.

A favorite assignment of mine in math has been Sales Tax, Tips, and, Mark-ups becasue it will help me in the real world.
