Tom's mom came and asked, "Why are you so sad?" He said, "My favorite socks are missing!" So she checked his clothes and did not find them. She said, "Did you just not put them in the dryer?" He did not respond. She left the house.

After 30 minutes he got up and was thinking, where did his mom go? He thought she got mad and had to leave, but then she pulled up in the driveway.

Before Tom put his socks in the dryer he went to go get his mom. He asked why his socks are missing. She said they are probably just stuck in his clothes. So he put them in and then his favorite socks were

He heard the door close and she had a bag. She came in the door and set the bag down. "Open the bag Tom." He looked in the bag and there were socks that looked the same as his favorite socks.

Tom finally baited the monster and caught him in his socks. He saw that he was harmless, and scared. The monster wanted his socks to stay warm so he let him keep the warmest pair of socks he had.

He wanted to catch the monster but he had no laundry to do. So he went and played and did not care if he got dirty. When he could finally do his laundry he tried to bait it.

Tom opens the dryer and tries to grab the monster. He threw all the clothes out and he was gone, his socks were gone. He checked his clothes and found them, so he thought it was a win for him.

Tom washes his socks, but every time he washes them there is always one sock without a pair. He tried to put a camera in there but it got destroyed. When that didn't work he sat there for 45 minutes and still there was one or more socks missing.

Tom wakes up and is ready to do his laundry. He is thinking what is going to happen to his favorite socks. He is so organized and he got a brand new dryer.

YES! Thank you so much mom. They look the exact same, and they are fluffy again. Where did you get these from? The store down the street, it was the last pair.

Tom was thinking to put his socks in the dryer but he didn't want to lose them. He put them in because they smelled. When it was half done, he saw a pink monster.

Tom looked through all of his clothes and could not find his socks. He was sad but then he got angry. He was ready to break the dryer and look for his socks, but he didn't want to be violent so he just sat there.

Tom saw the monster every time he put his clothes in the dryer. He let him take his old ones but not the new ones. Tom always gave him a sock, and they stayed friends forever. The monster would never take his favorite socks.
