Pro Tip 1: Add Specialists and Co-teachers to your Seesaw Class.

Adding co-teachers allows teachers that support your students to have access to student work and support the classroom teacher in Seesaw. Watch the video or follow the directions to add a co-teacher.

Pro Tip 2: Enable the Sample Student

Enabling a sample student will allow you to see what activities look like to your students when they are using Seesaw. You can use sample student to go over activities that you have assigned to your students. You can also use sample student to make sure all of the links and directions are ready for student use.

Pro Tip 3: Use folders

It helps you organize activities in Seesaw. Also, a great tip is to add a resource folder of important activities for your students to easily access.

Resources you could include:
Meeting Links
Anchor Charts
Links to online resources
Math manipulatives
Daily schedules

Pro Tip 4: Use the Pin to Top feature

Teachers can pin one activity to the top of the Activities feed for students to see first when they select the Activities tab.

To pin a post, select the three dots [...] on an activity, then "Pin to Top."

Once an activity is pinned, on the activity feed you and your students will see it at the top.

Only one pin can be posted at a time. To unpin, use the three dots, and select unpin post to remove it from the top of the activity feed.

Pro Tip 5: Schedule Activities

This feature allows you to schedule an activity for a specific date and time. Save time by planning out your activities.
