Emotions
Emotions are also called feelings - you know, like being happy or mad or scared. You feel them because of what you see, hear, remember, and do. So whether you're sad and blue or happy and excited, you can share your feelings with other people by talking about them. Be glad you can have so many different emotions because without them every day would feel the same!

Emotions come and go. Most of us feel many different emotions throughout the day. Some last just a few seconds. Others might last longer.
Emotions can be mild, intense, or anywhere in between. The intensity of an emotion can depend on the situation and on the person.
There are no good or bad emotions. Some emotions feel positive — like feeling happy, loving, or confident. Other emotions can seem more negative — like feeling angry, resentful, afraid, ashamed, guilty, sad, or worried. Both positive and negative emotions are normal.
eTwinning
What is it?

eTwinning offers a platform for staff (teachers, head teachers, librarians, etc.), working in a school in one of the European countries involved, to communicate, collaborate, develop projects, share and, in short, feel and be part of the most exciting learning community in Europe. eTwinning is co-funded by the Erasmus+, the European programme for Education, Training, Youth and Sport.

Benefits
One of the most important elements of eTwinning is collaboration among teachers, students, schools, parents, and local authorities. In eTwinning teachers work together and organise activities for their students. They have an active role, interact, investigate, make decisions, respect each other and learn 21st century skills. eTwinning projects involve the contribution of each member of the team.
