Time to Clean up your Google
Just like you clean up your classroom each year, it pays to also clean up your digital space each year. Google Classroom and Google Drive can get very disorganized and if you've ever tried to find something in Drive and can't or reuse old Google Classroom material and can't find it you know what I'm talking about. This video I put out last year to clean up your Google Spaces is a great place to start in getting organized online.
When I recorded this video Schoolytics wasn't on the radar. Now that you can use Schoolytics to reuse Google Classroom material even easier this is even more important. Every year follow these steps for a more organized and less cluttered Google life. Reach out if you have any questions or need any help!

Schoolytics - Content Library
One of Schoolytics most powerful upgrades to Google Classroom (THIS IS FREE FOLKS) is the Reuse Content ability. Google Classroom has a Reuse Post button but finding the content you want to reuse can be a real chore, even if you've cleaned it up as discussed earlier. The "Content Library" Section of Schoolytics gives you powerful search and apply functionality to the reuse process. You can filter by class, by hashtag, and more. No more endless scrolling to find that assignment you used this time last year. Not only that, it puts it into the current Google Classroom you are sending it to in draft format so you can edit it. Check out the link on the right to Alice Keeler's deep dive into what can be done with the Content Library at Schoolytics.
