Introduction

Hi, I am María Paz Ardanaz and I am going to tell you that this is my last first primary year at school. I am happy but not completely because I will leave school and I will miss all my friends. When I go to Mirador School I will be very nervous because I’ve never gone to another school. I don’t like to talk in public, that's why I’ve never gone to the drama workshop to perform a play. For the end-of-the-course trip I am going to Mendoza with all my friends and I am very excited about that.

Diary entry
                                                                    March 19th 2024
Dear diary,

        I am very nervous because I am in 7th form, it will be more difficult because I am going to do the Preliminary exam and I will learn many new things.This month has been very special because my best friend Bianca Brielli, invited me and my family to celebrate her birthday in a country house in Mercedes. We had a great time together and we did a lot of interesting and funny things like when we were playing football and I almost scored a goal. After the match, a dog tried to bite me. Everyone laughed at me except myself. Don’t get the wrong idea, it was a funny situation but I didn't like it! We also played tennis and hide and seek. I was the best to hide, nobody found me. We spent a lot of time in the swimming pool. When the cake came it was not my favourite one so I didn’t eat it. I came back very late, tired but happy because I had a great time with Bian.
   I have to study, I have to go. Love,

I have chosen this photo because it is significant for the reason that it was the first time of school in first form. I was very happy in this photo and I was with Valu, Bianca, Mora, who left school because she went to live in other country, and Giuli.

I have chosen a photo that was a very important moment because it was the first time I was raising the flag and when I was little, my mum always took photos of me anywhere. There I was with Lautaro, who is a friend that left school, Bianca, Lucas and Simón. I was only 7 years old and I felt very proud of being at the flag.

In picture number three we are in kinder 3 with our teachers, Fernanda and Daniela. We were very small, I remember that we used to play with legos and toys. We didn’t have to study so much. I have the best memories from that time.

In this other picture it shows that I had won relay race with my teammates from Gloucester. We received a medal for the first place. That day I also won the competition for high jump and another one for the 100m race.

In this photo I am together with one of my best friends, Lola. She is not in my form but we spend a lot of time together. We play hockey and we go on the same place on holidays. I love her very much because she is very kind with me.
