Do not post things about other people without their permission because they might not like the post and get mad at you and you might get in trouble.

Do not talk to strangers on apps. You can get kidnapped.

Do not go on your device for that long.  A tip is to set a timer for 30-60 minutes and when that timer goes off, play outside or in your basement. You can play with your dog or sibling if you have one.  

If you are in a group chat and you say something funny about someone else because the people that are in the group are probably going to say something to someone that is not in the group chat and you are going to be embarrassed.

Something you should know is that once you post something you think you are deleting it but you are not. I would be careful of what you put online.

You can post personal things but not private. For example you can post where you are going but not what time you are going or do not post where you are going at all there is still a risk.
