This book is dedicated to Rebecca, my favorite teacher.
There once was a bunny named Basil Cannoli . She needed to get carrots for her Great Great Grandma Granoli, for she was very sick and needed care.
Basil headed to the supermarket to do what her great great grandma asked. She looked memorized at all the different fruits and vegetables, but she could only afford the clean carrots.
A fox triumphantly trotted up to her. “Do you want me to buy the carrots for you?” He asked. “No thanks,” Basil replied. “Oh! But, I insist!
She let the friendly fox buy her the clean carrots, and she happily pranced home with her big basket.
