5 lbs de pierna de cerdo con cuero.
1 taza de cerveza.
1 taza de jugo de naranja.
1 cucharada de oregano.
1 cucharada de sal.
10 pepas de ajo.
1 cebolla colorada.
3 cucharadas de aceite de achiote.
1 rama de cebolla blanca.
1/2 cuchara de pimienta.
1 cucharada de comino.
Sal al gusto.
5 lbs de pierna de cerdo con cuero.

1 C of orange juice.
1 C of oregano.
1 tbsp of salt.
10 garlic seeds
1 red onion.
3 tbsp of achiote oil.
1 green onions.
1/2 tbsp of pimienta.
1 tbsp of comin.
Salt to taste.
5 lbs of pork leg with leather.
1 C of beer.
1 C of orange juice.
1 C of oregano.
1 tbsp of salt.
10 garlic seeds
1 red onion.
3 tbsp of achiote oil.
1 green onions.
1/2 tbsp of pimienta.
1 tbsp of comin.
Salt to taste.
Preparacion
1. Licuar la cebolla colorada, la rama de cebolla blanca, los ajos, el oregano, el comino, la pimienta, la sal, y la cerveza.
2. Con un cuchillo hacemos varias perforaciones en la pierna de chancho, para poder ingresar los dedos y poder aliñarla bien.
3. Colocamos la pierna de chancho en una funda junto con el licuado y el jugo de naranja, por 24 horas.
4. Pasado ese tiempo lo ponemos a hornear a 200 grados, luego de una hora y media la sacamos y con el jugo que va soltando bañamos la pierna.

4. Pasado ese tiempo lo ponemos a hornear a 200 grados, luego de una hora y media la sacamos y con el jugo que va soltando bañamos la pierna.
5. Para darle color al cuero, con una brocha le vamos pasando aceite de achiote cada media hora.
6. Cubrimos a la pierna con papel aluminio, lo dejamos aproximadamente 1 1/2 hora mas.
7. Para saber si la pierna ya esta lista, puedes introducir el cuchillo y cuando deje de salir un líquido rojizo está lista para ser servida.
8. Cosas para acompañar el hornado:

Tortillas de papa.
