Why should you use chakras?
1. As described in the first chapter, this can lead to calmness.
2. On top of all this, you can gain. more qualities.
3. Using these also teaches you how to be patient. When repeating the sounds of the chakras, some people think that they can gain these qualities in 2-10 minutes. No, it takes at least 20 minutes to get used to the chakra, and therefore starting to adapt and gain these qualities.
