It was a normal day in San Ramon. Jolie was at School, but some people started saying “ we might not have to go to school for a month.”
"Oh okay I will tell other people."

"I heard that we might not have to go to school for a month. Also go tell other people

This was bad news for Jolie because if it was true her closest friend in the school was not there so they couldn’t say their “goodbyes.” Unfortunately for Jolie it was true, and she would talk to her later or whenever Covid-19 is done. Jolie thought that oh wait I have Chloe’s Mom’s phone number. So then she felt happy that she will have a friend to talk to in this pandemic.

She also thought wait how do we do school? Do we go to school wait no she thought we can’t go to school in this pandemic because some of us will get Covid-19. So do we do online school like Google meet or Zoom? She thought what if we just don’t go to school for a month? That would be fun though.

Jolie was just daydreaming that she was at home in her bed. Then she heard a loud BANG when she looked up she saw some of her classmates standing there and a dictionary on her desk. The rest of the class heard the loud noise, and they looked where it came from and that was her desk. This is going to be a ruff rest of the semester.
A month has passed from that day that her classmates dropped a dictionary on her desk. Now it’s time to start school again, but it’s online so the school is finally using the google classroom in other years we would barely use google classroom. Jolie’s thought was right we will not be going to school plus Covid-19 is actually more deadly than we thought. Jolie thought about when she said “this is going to be a ruff rest of the semester.” Jolie thought of that because the world was changing by everyone doing shelter in place and that not a lot of kids did home school or even Google meet, and Zoom. So it was going to be hard for everyone. Jolie had this notebook where she would put up updates of how Covid-19 was going. So then when she’s older she will read it, and she would be grateful for what she has.

A couple of weeks has passed from when she started writing in her notebook Covid-19 has been okay, but she is doubting that they will find a vaccine for Covid-19 in a year or multiple years, and she tells herself I’m alone, and I can’t get out of this pandemic. These were only her thoughts. What she would do when she gets these is that she would curl up into a ball in her bed and cry for a while. Jolie felt like the walls were closing in on her, and nobody was there to help her. These thoughts would come and go, and when she doesn't have these thoughts she feels like something has been taken off of her shoulders.
2 more weeks have passed from when she started getting these bad thoughts. Her thoughts have been more happy than the last time. So she decided to write in her Covid-19 notebook. 2 days have passed and she is having bad thoughts again. This time her bad thought is that she felt depressed because she didn’t want to do anything. She also felt sad like all her bad thoughts are all in the front of her brain while all of her good thoughts are in the back of Jolie’s brain. Sometimes her thoughts are not there and she is actually happy and not wanting to cry. Whenever she doesn't get these thoughts it feels like she is as light as a feather.

Another month has passed since Jolie started getting horrible thoughts. Now she has been having bad thoughts almost every single day. She would have bad thoughts one at a time, but now she would have both of her bad thoughts at once. When she gets these bad thoughts it feels like they are rising up and her good thoughts come down to the center of the Earth. Whenever she gets these thoughts it feels like 100 pounds is on each shoulder. It also feels like all her problems were stepping all over her.
It is now June. Another month has passed from when Jolie had both of her problems stepping on her. When Jolie was not getting out of bed because she was having negative thoughts and sometimes she will get out her old phone and watch videos about art and cats. All of a sudden her Dad harshly pushed the door open and he told her your aunt wants to call you then he handed his phone to her. When he handed the phone to Jolie, she noticed that her aunt was outside. Jolie asked in a looply voice “Why are you outside?” Her aunt answered saying “there is a cat outside and it had kittens last night.” Jolie didn’t answer for a second because her mouth was open wide. She asked her ``are you just going to leave them in the shed?” Her aunt answered saying “no I’m keeping them in a cat bed, and I'm putting them in the shed because when they are crying the mom will hear it and she will come then we can trap her in there.” I also asked “why do you need to trap the mom in the shed?” She answered saying “ we need to keep her in the shed because after she needs to stop feeding them milk so they can eat soft food and hard food. We will also get her fixed so she can’t make more babies.” “Good idea.” Jolie said. Jolie asked “how many kittens are there?” Her aunt answered by saying “ there are 5 kittens.” Jolie thought I should come over in a month.
