Let's accelerate change!
Make the change you would like to see in the world! Every drop/gesture counts!".
Event presentation

Water is vital for everyone, so we need everyone to take action.
You and your family, school and community can make a difference by changing the way you use, consume and manage water in your life. The fewer gestures anyone can make to change, the better. This is the inspiration for the theme of this year's Un-Water 2023 conference, where the hummingbird is the main element. In the ancient story, the hummingbird carries drops of water to put out a great fire. He's doing his best.

Get involved too! Play your role. do your best!
Based on this slogan, we want to do our part. For this, we can start by raising awareness in our students and encouraging people to take action.
Every positive action you take, no matter how small, has the power to make a difference.

Be the change you want to see in the world. Show that you care!
This year's message starts from an old story of the Quechua people of Peru about a hummingbird trying to put out a huge forest fire by carrying a few drops of water in its beak. When she is asked how she thinks she can put out the fire in the forest, she answers: "I do my part. Every drop counts!". The campaign launched by Un-Water thus encourages people to be like the hummingbird, that is, to do everything in their power to help solve the water and sanitation crisis.
