Did you know that really that there is more than just a few clocks? Apparently there are many clocks. We are going to show you just few of the many different clocks. Here in this section you will find out about when different clocks were invented.

The pendulum clock was invented in 1656. The pendulum clock became the standard timekeeping device after it was invented. The earlier prototypes were quickly fixed to increase the precision of the clock.

The sundial is the earliest timekeeping device known, and was invented around 1,500 B.C. . Sundials aren't as accurate as the clocks today but it still told time. 

In the early 14th century (Europe) the first mechanical clock was invented. You probably know this clock. This clock most likely is the first clock you think of when someone says clock. Fun fact, the oldest working mechanical clock dates back to 1386. Isn't that amazing?

Did the first clock tell time accurately?

The sundial is the oldest known timekeeping device, and it was not too accurate so the answer would be no, it was not too accurate because it used the sun to keep track of time and that adds a broad limit of 2 minutes. It was not until 15th century until clocks started to become pretty accurate. The real major comeback was when Christian Huygens invented the pendulum clock, this clock was only off by half a second after it was improved and it was improved quickly.

Have you ever wondered what life would be like without a way of telling time? Here's a small answer to that question, when/if someone had to wake up before dawn when there were no clocks, they would drink lots of water when they went to bed so they would be guaranteed that they would wake up to go to the bathroom! And today I will be guiding you through the gallery of time.

What to look for when you are picking a laptop

When you are picking a laptop, you always want to have good storage. If you are the type person that likes taking lot's of photo's, or downloading lot's of apps, you want a high storage laptop. Also, you will need a laptop with good screen quality. If you do realistic things or look at realistic things, you need good screen screen quality so you could see the right colors and you don't mix something up with another that would look very similar. Finally, you need  a good price. remember not to buy something with a high price if its not good quality.

How many different types of clocks are there and what do the clocks like?

The hourglass is the first reasonably accurate, easily made, dependable, and reusable time measurement devices. Since the 15th century, the hour glass was used at sea. And I'm sure that you are familiar with these "clocks". I say "clocks" because I think that the hourglass is more like a timer.

This section will be the best place for you to find out about the clock, so if you need some information on some type of clock that is in this section; then you have picked the perfect spot.

At this time timekeeping devices were a necessity in life. The earliest clock makers were Christian monks. Peter Lightfoot  was 14th century monk and he built the one of the oldest clocks still in existence and it still in use at the London Science Museum.

The Quartz Clock was invented in 1927 by Warren Marrison. This clock was highly accurate because it was based on the vibrations of a quartz crystal in a electrical circuit.

Battery powered clocks were invented by the Warren Clock Company in 1912. They had created a new type of clock that could be run by batteries rather than the other clocks that were using mechanical energy or were ran or wound up by weights.

As you know, there are many clocks. I have not been able to find out how many different clocks there are, maybe because there are too many types of clocks so no one has taken the time to find out how many different types of clock there really are. And just in case, you are thinking that I included all the clocks, I didn't because this would be much longer, I mean much longer.

In 1908 the Westclox Company issued a patent for the Big Ben alarm clock. Alarm clocks before had no backs but this clock had a back, that's why this clock was issued a patent.

The pendulum clock was invented Christian Huggens. Christian was a Dutch mathematician, inventor, engineer, astronomer, and physicist. 

As you know there are many different types of clocks, so this page will be featuring many different inventors of various inventions.

The sundial was invented in someplace around Egypt. I cannot tell you the place because the inventor of the sundial is unknown.

Josef Pallweber invented the first digital clock and got a patent on that, but Eugen Fitch got a patent for a different model of the digital clock.

Do you know lots about laptops, but want to learn more? I got you covered. In this article I will state who invented laptops, how much they first laptop used to cost, when an average laptop needs to be plugged in, and much much more.

Most laptop engineers estimated that a laptops lifespan will stand from 3-5 years. A gaming laptop is the same. When it comes to electric battery life, you can expect your laptop to last from 2-8 hours. When doing high voltage things like online games and facetimes, the laptop will only last from 1-2 hours. Remember to plug your laptop in!

The first laptop was made by Bill Moggridge, who owned a company called GRiD. I was made in 1979, manufactured in 1982. It cost 10,000$! Though the price was high, the laptop worked.

Have you ever thought  what the word would be like if there were no gum?

Gum was first invented in the 1840s by a man named John Curtis.He first made gum in a factory in maine, it had over 100 workers! Ten years later, he finally started a gum selling factory.He said he wanted to make gum,so if you were hungry or thirsty  just chew a piece of gum.

Gum is made out of polymers combined with repel water.The gum flavor will where off but not the gum base itself.Gum is extraordinary but is it healthy? ,well according to the studies it is unknown ,but it does reduce the gunk on your teeth and germs in your mouth.

Did you know the earth's oldest piece of gum is over 9,000 years old! Gum was first made by hand! Gum was originally called chicle! The first gum flavor was sour orange!

In Nuremburg, Germany (1504) Peter Henlien invented the wrist watch (which was not a very accurate) . But really the first person to actually wear the clock on their wrist was Blaise Pascal. He was a politician and mathematician&nbsp;from France. He attached the clock to his wrist by attaching a string to the clock and putting it on his wrist.

The mechanical alarm clock was invented by Levi Hutches, his clock could only ring at 4:00 am. Seth E. Thomas invented the wind up a alarm clock. The one that can be set at any time.
