I decided to write an article about optimal recovery strategies for football players. I play football professionally and i know a lot about that topic since i have to think a lot about my recovery after trainings sessions and games so my body can function in the best way possible, so i thought it was a good idea to share my knowledge about recovery in this freestyle assignment

In this show and tell assignment i decided to talk about my phone because he is such a big part of my life. I use my phone every day and my phone usage can be a little bit excessive sometimes which i need to take control of but i also use it in a useful ways which was one of the things that i talked about in the video

How to talk to girls at parties

In this assignment i wrote 8 sentences that related to the short story "How to talk to girls at parties" and used 8 words in vocabulary.com

The conservatory in the story serves as a peaceful refuge for the characters.
Enn tries to appear casual when he first meets the alien girl in the story.
Vic's perspective of the universe is expanded after meeting the alien girls at the party.
Enn's gestures become more confident as he becomes more comfortable talking to the girl.
Enn and Vic's understanding of the world and their place in it is in flux after meeting the alien girls.
The alien girl's behavior changes imperceptibly as she starts to adapt to the party's atmosphere.
The alien girl is the progenitor of a new understanding for Enn about the universe and life.
Enn's aspiration to be part of the punk scene is the reason why he and Vic attend the party.

Learning styles

This assignment was really useful because I learnt what is the best learning strategy for me. After this assignment I learnt that I am a visual learner which means that I learn the most and understand things by sight. This means that it would be suitable for me to use images, graphics and colors to remember things better.
