I went a little out of my comfort zone and bought a road bike. Found it for sale on Facebook at a great price and decided to give it a shot. I've had it for about a week now and I'm loving it. I have already cycled around 50 km this week and am just getting started! What's so comfortable about this kind of bike is that they have such narrow tires and it makes it much easier to ride, and also get faster! They are usually made of carbon so they are very light! If you like to ride and want to save gas money, I definitely recommend this bike. No need to buy new, just find it on facebook!

I watched an interesting video a few days ago. That sparked my interest in recycling. These were young people in Nairobi who were collecting bottles and cans to make slabs. By doing so, they were able to recycle bottles and glass to build new roads. I think that we Icelanders could lay down new roads over all the heaths and all of Iceland, just with the Pepsi Max we drink. I think that the average Icelandic family drinks between 2-3 bottles a week. In this way, we can pave the way for much less money and in a considerably more environmentally friendly way. I mean, if we look at all the heaths here in Iceland, we see that most of them are useless and are not repaired because of the cost. I think we need to fix this. Better roads between villages. It doesn't matter if there are few people living there. We need to have everything better abroad so that it is possible to live there. So we spread out over this country we live in. I don't think the Icelandic government cares enough about people who live outside the capital area. It's not good because before we know it, nobody lives outside the country and with that this beautiful country dies and future generations only know about the capital area.

Mrs. Foster was not a particularly nervous woman but she was always worried about being late. The symptoms of her stress from being late were that a muscle would start to twitch in her left eye, more specifically in the corner of her eye. Mrs. Foster and her husband lived in a big house in New York City on east 62 street. Most of the time they were fidgeting in their home. It was a hazy day in January when Mrs. Foster was on her way to the airport, heading to Paris and she was telling her husband to bustle since she was scared she would miss her flight. In the car on the way to the airport, they were sure that her flight had been delayed due to haze. When they arrived at the airport they found out that they were right, her flight had been delayed and she had to wait for several hours. After this extended stay at the airport, she got their butler to pick her up and take her home. The next day Mrs. Foster was heading to the airport again, her husband had to run back inside to get something he forgot and that alone caused her irrepressible anxiety. This day the plane took off when scheduled and she was on her way to Paris to meet her daughter and grandchildren. After having a blast in Paris for six weeks with her beautiful daughter and grandchildren and wedging oranges she was heading home. When Mrs. Foster opened the door to her home she found the air oppressive and a pile of unopened mail was lying on the floor. She realized that the elevator was stuck and she then proceeded to call a number for someone to come and fix the elevator. She then patiently waited in her husband's office for them to arrive.&nbsp;

1. The best way for me to memorize facts is to read it out loud a talk about it to somebody. In this way i am using a verbal technique for assist me with my learning. 2. The best way for me to learn new words it to see them again and again but not always in the same sentence. The quiz i took helped me a lot memorising the words because they appeared again and again. Thats why i reinforce my brain to remember. 3. When im studying i most the most affective way for me is to be alone with no disturbance around me. This is called the solitary way and that suits me the most. I do like the social way but only when we are doing group assignments. 4. The most affective way for me to learn to spell is to write them down on a piece of paper over and over. 5. For me to learn new skills the best way for me is to use the physical way. I learn best by doing. I also like when someone shows me how its done with role playing or drawings. 6. I would like to be more focused for a long period of time. I tend to loose my focus very quickly and i get tired watching a screen for a long time. I would like to be more structured. 1. Structured 2. Distracted 3. Reinforce 4. Sequential 5. Coordinated 6. Auditory 7. Gesture 8. Enthusiasm 9. Analytic 10. Tinker

For me and of course for the whole world it is very crucial that this can be managed better because if this continues people will continue to flee theyr homes, die on the way or get caught and sold to some bad people. We really need some equality in this world, some countries haf it all and some just have nothing. I think many nations have been helping for many years, its just not that easy, there is always something that affects it like war, Covid and global warming. We need to be able to make this more sustainable. Some countries just dont have any water in the ground, they live on a land of desertifacation and other lack the knowledge of how to keep it safe. This desperation needs to be put to an halt. The amount of water and food needs to be sustainable and it needs to be controlled better so that people dont have to flee from their home country just to be able to live.&nbsp;

In this freestyle assignment I will be talking about my favorite tv show that I and my girlfriend watched together.&nbsp; Peaky Blinders was a street gang in Birmingham, England, back in the 1880s until the beginning of the 1900s. The Peaky Blinders was a big family that had their own company called The Shelby Company Limited. The money flow was mostly from casinos and bars in their hometown Birmingham but some of it was of course bad money by beating someone or even worse. Members of this gang were the Shelby brothers and their cousin Polly.&nbsp; The most important brother was Thomas Shelby, he controlled everything about the business and any decisions that were taken. The other two brothers were Arthur and John.&nbsp; If someone had to be killed or beaten, Thomas put Arthur and John on the job, they did everything for him.&nbsp; This family had many enemies on the street because of their wealth and violence. But they were lucky to control the police in Birmingham, so they had a good backup in the city.&nbsp; After a few years of hard business and a war with other big gangs out of Birmingham, they decided to make their own Gin.&nbsp; It happened very well and they started to send the Gin to the US and sell it there for money.
