Example Directions: Purpose:  To go through a long complicated series of events to do a simple action. Problem: John Adams Video Productions Company is looking to shoot a commercial. Their last big hit was a music video featuring the artists OK GO. Now this was no typical music video, they created a Rube Goldberg device to go off in the background. Check it out below!

For many years I just stayed where i was.

 some of that lava cooled into an igneous rock. me!

Reflection: The first Bb could have sounded a bit better. I kept a consistent tempo. I plan to practice speeding up the tempo to work on faster consistency and accuracy hitting the right notes.

In the Arctic, the average winter temperature is about around minus 22°F. At the South Pole, it is even colder. The lowest temperature ever recorded was minus 129°F in Antarctica!

Reflection: Overall, I kept a good pace. In the beginning, I accidentally added an extra tap. I did have one part where I was a little too fast in the first staff. I hit the rim of the drum at one point as well.  I plan to work on avoiding the rim of the drum and focus on maintaining the right tempo.

Rube Goldberg Project Example
